Description
Photo taken in August, 2016 @ Eureka Texel, The Netherlands
There was a time when you saw these Owls everywhere; not so much anymore. Still, they're one of my favorites Their plumage is just stunning, the different colors of brown look particularly stunning in Autumn and Winter, such a warm hue And of course, those big, BIG eyes.
If you look closely, you an actually see M reflected in his eyes - she's dressed in white Looking back, not the best choice, but hey, we were on vacation.
