Photo taken in March, 2017 @ Best Zoo, The Netherlands
Color us surprised, when we walked past the Wallaroo enclosure, and this female was lying down, and two feet were sticking out of her belly
With hours ahead of us, we chose to stick around and wander past again and again and we were lucky enough to see the joey sticking out his head He granted us his company (while still in the pouch - he never did bother to climb out) and his mother didn't mind us watching as long as we remained as quiet as could be.
Really cool to see the other Wallaroos being very productive of them
