Photo taken in October, 2012 @ Zoo Dierenrijk, The Netherlands
If you've kept up with my photos of Griffon Vultures at this zoo, you might recognize this specific one as the hatchling of past summer. It's in the coloring; it's a bit more reddish brown, than the merely plain, kind of boring, brown. Hard to explain, but I've figured it out in the past months that he's grown to an adult size.
EDIT: This Griffon Vulture was released in the wild in Hungary, and is now roaming freely
