There's something about the name of this bird, that makes it stand out amongst the Turaco family.
I mean, a Go-Away-Bird? That's so cool When I saw this zoo had one, I really wanted to see it - which is why I'm sharing this photo with you guys. We even heard him calling Absolutely made my day!

Species: White-Bellied Go-Away-Bird (Witbuiktoerako)

Latin name: Corythaixoides Leucogaster

Originates from Africa.

Current status: Least Concern

… The White-Bellied Go-Away-Bird has a typical call, a nasal “haa-haa-haa, like the bleating of a sheep, and a single or repeated “gwa” – that can be interpreted as “g’away” – hence it’s name.
