Andorada's contribution to DA runs deep; having lurked in the community for years before becoming an active member, she was the founder of MyLovelyPet.
She built her corner of animal lovers and appreciatiors into a super group with currently over 1,900 members, supported by an amazing admin team.
Having created countless features, collecting diverse artworks from all over the community, promoting new artists and contests, encouraging people to suggest Daily Deviations and her on-going support to new members.
Brilliant and creative, she has a way of bringing people together, taking on massive projects with apparent ease.
She's a mentor, a friend, and a team player. She is a source of encouragement to those who knew her on this website.
She's taught us - and others - everything we know about running a group successfully, how to make the most of our features composition- and code-wise. She encouraged us to participate in challenges and contests, her enthusiasm for my writing stirred my own and her interest in our lives made us closer as friends even though we never met.
She's touched numerous people's lives with her warm and kind personality.
With this feature we'd like to show how much these years of close interaction, nearly daily communication, online fun and laughter, and lessons learned have meant to us. This feature is filled with her Daily Deviations suggestions that were featured, and her own work.

"Dear Andorada, I was never a person of many words. You are such a nice and kind being and I just want to dedicate you some personal words.
The strongest and most powerful of all virtues is love: The love for ourselves, the love for our next, the love for God. And its greatest manifestation is forgiveness.
Sometimes we are full of bitterness out of desperation, even if we work for the greater good. I have learned that it is impossible to forgive othersfor what they have done to you, when you are not ready to forgive yourself for feeling that bitterness against them in you.
We have the power to change and to improve. We have the power to turn negativity into love spread, to turn darkness into light.
You can light the darkness. We can make the light shine together. And all, we take with us, will do. Not our outer appearance will leave traces, but our living sparks, our souls, our hearts, as parts of God Himself.

"I have been fortunate enough to have come across with my dearest Andorada, and all I have received from her is kindness, sweetness, and thoughtful friendship
Her BIG heart has even earned her WINGS!!! 
It's not that common in an online setting to find people like her, so genuine, so special, and with the most beautiful good intentions that all of us who know her at least a little, can feel her warmth of heart from afar ... ... even if we never met her in person!!! I personally see her as a wonderful friend, someone who I wish I lived closer, in the same city, so that we could visit each other and talk for hours and hours I don't really know if she will ever see this, but she should know the impact she's done in my life (I say "life" in general, because I can't quite differentiate a "real life" friend, from an online one, to me friendship is the same thing whether we're face to face or keyboard to keyboard ) ... We all need a little break, a "hiatus" from time to time, so I wish with all my heart to see her coming back to DA soon She should walk on this Earth knowing herself BELOVED by all her friends!!! So if I had her in front of me right now, I would give her the biggest hug, and would "consider" giving her some Nutella to convince her to come back even sooner

"I first met Andorada as I was becoming acquainted with TandemFeatures, long before I was asked to join. You get to know her by her community efforts, whether you ever work with her one on one or not. Her warmth and love for the community has shone through her actions in various initiatives, both TandemFeatures-related and otherwise. On any given week she could be found suggesting Daily Deviations and searching for awesome features to include in the group. When she did invite me in, she supplied me with a wealth of important information that made the transition much easier, and helped me acclimate to the group. It was something that I will always appreciate. When I had questions, I always knew I could go to her for answers, no matter how long it took us to tinker with technical difficulties. Andorada, when I saw you account was deactivated it really upset me. Such a kind person being berated off of social media, annoies me. I know people say, not to let negative people get to you but I also know it is not as easy as it sounds. What I would like to say to you is, I truly hope that you decide to return. DA will be alot let bright without you here, as you are and will always will be a shining star leading us all to become better people.

"I haven't known Andorada for long, but it really all started when I had accidentally (I'm glad I did it now, even if it was by accident at the time) requested join Tandem Features team under a class that was apparently meant for the dear Andorada.
About a day after that, I received a message from her asking what I can offer (needless to say I was confused until I realised what happened). From then on we had interacted through notes and chatted many times.
She is very kind and warm hearted; she is fast to think she made a mistake towards you and would apologise to you in a way that would leave your heart warm for days afterwards (she would do this even if she did nothing wrong... at least, in my time knowing her, however little).
She tries her best too help people out, and guide them... and like me, types fast (sorry, I just had to mentioned that because... due to typing fast, we both always got typos... it was just nice not to be alone for once
).The most memorable moment to me was when she said to me the following: "I get the feeling I know you somehow". I always got the feeling I was looking in the mirror when interacting with her (I mean that in the best way possible in this world) and reading what she said made sit forward in my seat and almost pinch myself.
She is very encouraging and was, or rather, still is on my list of people I have great respect for. When she left, it took me by surprise. In the morning she was here, then by night she was gone. Almost like a fleeting scent of a flower; a traveller here for only a few moments and gone the next.
Needless to say, I consider her a friend (or at least a great acquaintance) and I was very saddened when I saw her named crossed out. In all honesty, I thought she had been suspended or banned for some reason, which baffled me. When I realised she deactivated her account, I found myself even more baffled.
While sad I was, I cannot bring myself to say that she left a void. Be it in my heart (not to sound weird... and if I could, I would say our hearts, but I am able to speak for myself only), or here on DA. Her work here on DA will continue even if she isn't here. Her presence won't fade (in time it may here from this site, but never to those who have been touched by her), and many of us will never forget her.
And, as long as she isn't dead, I truly wish for her a happy life (even if I am just some stranger) and when the time is right, and if she wants to, I, or rather, we would truly be happy to see her on here again.
I don't think any amounts of words can do justice right now, so I'll end with the following: Thank you, Andorada, for everything, especially your time."

5 Reasons Why I Love Suggesting DDs
As some of you already noticed, I love suggesting DDs!
And I am actually quite new to suggesting DDs. Why?
I did not really know I can do that...
Once I found out anybody can do that, I was shy to approach artists I admire, who are usually very busy...
And I did not want to put myself out there, risking to feel rejected and not knowing how to react when we meet again somewhere in dA, maybe related to other projects...I thought I do not have the time for it...Well, in between I started to understand how it works, some CVs helped me get over my shyness, I got over feeling rejected and I made some time for sending suggestions.
And here is why:

"When we dropped that comment on the more than cute Christmas feature back in 2014, we could not have anticipated the conversation that would follow - or the friendship that would grow out of it. Whether we'd handled things together (the crux of a joint account) or seperate, we were always too shy and hesitant to approach someone - but when you took that first step, we were more than happy to jump in alongside of you.
I have loved and enjoyed every single talk we had, be it via notes, chat or comments wherever we stumbled across each other - you were able to put a smile on my face, and that of my sister. You taught us so many valuable lessons I'm sure we'll not soon forget.
Even in the midst of your typos, it was often easy to follow your train of thought because I felt I got to know you that well (and I even caught myself more prone to typos after a while - because it didn't seem to matter that much
).I always loved hearing little tidbits about your personal life and see your latest digital artwork - to me, it showed how much our online friendship had developed and I absolutely admire your talent
I always enjoyed seeing your features, your community efforts and new ideas, and would not hesitate to join you as I knew it came from the heart, and that is what makes you so special
There are times when we worried that maybe we weren't showing you, this person who so easily cheered on everyone who needed it, this same support.
